Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities for our cyber security and enterprise infrastructure solutions.This role is ideal for a strong hunter-style sales professional who can build pipeline, open new accounts, develop strategic customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across enterprise and government sectors. The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping the company’s sales approach, expanding market presence, and turning technical capabilities into real business opportunities.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise B2B sales in Egypt, with a solid background in IT infrastructure, cyber security, information security solutions, system integration, data center solutions, or managed services. Exposure to the Saudi market and/or North Africa is considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales plans to grow revenue across cyber security and infrastructure solutionsIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in Egypt across enterprise, commercial, and government sectorsBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline across enterprise, government, and strategic accountsGenerate leads through direct outreach, networking, partner channels, and market intelligenceManage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closingBuild strong relationships with customers, decision-makers, and key stakeholdersWork closely with technical and presales teams to prepare suitable solutions and proposalsSupport RFPs, tenders, presentations, commercial proposals, and follow-up activitiesMaintain strong relationships with technology partners and vendors to support business growthProvide regular pipeline updates, forecasts, and market feedback to managementAct as a hunter, opening new accounts and developing fresh opportunities rather than relying only on existing relationshipsSell solutions, services, and business value, not just products, by understanding customer needs and proposing the right technical and commercial approach
