You will work alongside our senior shift engineers to monitor production lines, optimize efficiency, and learn how to maintain high-quality standards in a high-output environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Monitoring: Assist in tracking hourly and daily production targets to ensure the factory meets its output goals.Efficiency Analysis: Help identify bottlenecks on the production line and suggest improvements to enhance workflow.Waste Management: Monitor raw material consumption and assist in implementing strategies to reduce "halk" (waste).Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure products meet specifications and learn how to troubleshoot defects.Technical Reporting: Assist in preparing daily production logs and performance reports using digital tools.Safety Compliance: Learn and promote workplace safety standards and ensure all equipment is used according to safety protocols.
