Job Description

             •          Manage the CEO calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily agenda to ensure optimal time utilization and scheduling efficiency.            •          Handle incoming communications, emails, and correspondence directed to the CEO with professionalism and prioritization.            •          Prioritize incoming tasks, requests, and business matters to support CEO focus on strategic priorities.            •          Coordinate communication and workflow between the CEO and internal departments.            •          Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes accurately and professionally.            •          Follow up with departments to ensure proper implementation of decisions and action items resulting from meetings.            •          Track all ongoing assignments and initiatives delegated by the CEO.            •          Coordinate with external contractors, consultants, and vendors regarding factory under construction and strategic projects.            •          Manage Personal & Business travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and full travel itinerary preparation for executive management.            •          Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and travel agencies regarding visa applications, supporting documents, and travel documentation requirements.            •          Follow up on all personal and business-related tasks assigned to the administrative team, ensuring timely execution, proper coordination, and regular status reporting to the CEO/management.            •          Prepare Daily Executive Reports summarizing completed tasks, pending items, urgent matters, and priorities requiring CEO attention.
