We work and enjoy!The Service engineer responsibility is to implement the field service activities in close partnership with stakeholders and to perform site services fulfilling contract’s/warranty’s requirements. Responsibilities: - Implement onsite /remote operation maintenance , monitoring, troubleshooting of equipment and run field tests.Executes inspection, commissioning & start-up field visits and services activitiesContributes to the quality management of services contracts (non-conformities, modification monitoring).Define the root cause for each claim and organize the support information for reports to be submitted to internal & external stakeholders.Responsible for the management of the site documentation.
