Job Description

Greet visitors and make sure all callers and visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously and accurately.Ensure visitors are made comfortable, met on a timely basis by their host, shown to the appropriate room.Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, brochures, mirrors, stone lists, and calculators) at the beginning of working day.Receiving telephone calls and make calls divert.Fill in the data card with the new customers.Notify the sales team members about their customers.Inform sales about customers requirement.Input the data into the system.Deals with inquiries from sales team and customers.Send daily report with customers data to the marketing section.Assist the sales team in case of high traffic inside the branch.Assist the sales team in following the customers requirements.Cover the customer services activates in case of events outside the branch.
