The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, coaching team members, and driving business growth across key channels. Key Responsibilities:Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targetsSet clear sales goals and KPIs for team membersMonitor daily sales activities (calls, visits, conversions)Provide coaching, training, and performance feedbackDevelop and execute sales strategies to expand market shareBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clientsPrepare sales reports and performance analysisCoordinate with other departments (marketing, operations, supply chain)Identify new business opportunities and market trends
