Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies).Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (volume & value).Identify and acquire new customers to expand the HORECA portfolio.Ensure proper product listing, visibility, and availability at customer outlets.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with clients.Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely delivery.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service.Execute promotions, sampling, and product launches within the HORECA channel.Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, and forecasts.Collect payments and manage credit limits where applicable.
