Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality standards across the organization. This role will play a key part in driving process standardization, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and enhancing operational efficiency across Head Office, factories, and retail branches. Key Responsibilities:Develop, review, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and process workflows across all business functionsLead process mapping and re-engineering initiatives to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunitiesEnsure alignment of all procedures with internal standards and recognized quality frameworks (e.g., ISO)Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Operations, Manufacturing, etc.) to standardize and improve processesLead the rollout and implementation of new or updated SOPs across Head Office, factories, and branchesConduct regular audits and field visits to ensure compliance with policies and proceduresIdentify non-compliance issues and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) initiativesEstablish and maintain a centralized documentation system for policies and proceduresMonitor process performance and support the development of KPIs and improvement plansDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service qualityProvide training, coaching, and guidance to employees on process adherence and quality standards
