Job Description
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal postings.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals, adjustments, and variance analysis.Monitor and reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant financial regulations.Prepare and submit tax filings, VAT returns, and other statutory reports as required.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best accounting practices.
