In this role, you will oversee a large-scale operation covering the entire employee lifecycle for a workforce of over 2,000. You will be responsible for transforming HR into a high-performance engine that supports the unique and fast-paced demands of the construction industry.Your mission is to refine formal HR processes that bring order to a complex, multi-site environment. From high-volume talent acquisition to sophisticated compensation structures and talent development programs, you will lead a diverse team of specialists to ensure operational efficiency and an elite employee experience.Departmental Leadership: Direct and mentor a large HR team across multiple functions, including Employee Affairs, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Development.Process Engineering: Establish and enforce formal, scalable HR processes capable of managing the "moving parts" of a large construction entity.Systems Integration: Leverage SAP SuccessFactors to automate workflows, drive data-based decision-making, and ensure organizational transparency.Total Rewards & Compliance: Oversee complex Compensation and Benefits structures and ensure rigorous adherence to Employee Affairs and labor law standards.Talent Strategy: Drive the Talent Acquisition and Development agendas to ensure a steady pipeline of engineering and administrative talent, while enhancing the overall Talent Experience.
