Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities• Build strong relationships with clients and gain a thorough understanding of their business, service needs, drivers, and related requirements.• Ensure the smooth operation of shipments from start to finish by working closely with the client and staff.• Respond promptly to client inquiries about shipment status and proactively notify clients of anticipated deviations from the transportation plan, including potential solutions or alternatives.• Responsible for all client issues and engage relevant parties (internal or external) as needed to facilitate timely and effective resolution.• Manage and enhance daily client interactions.• Understand claims policies and their impact on businesses and guide clients effectively.• Possess in-depth knowledge of the industries in which clients operate.• Actively seek and implement opportunities for continuous performance improvement, both with clients and stakeholders (internal and external).• Always act in accordance with company values and ethics.• Perform tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.• Receive and process inquiries from potential clients by communicating with them, providing service details, and completing the necessary steps.
