Job Summary:Will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and controlling costs to support efficient financial management.The role focuses on budgeting, cost analysis, variance reporting and implementing cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability and operational performance. Key Responsibilities:Monitor, record, and analyze production, operational, or project costsPrepare cost reports and variance analysis (actual vs. budget/standard costs)Develop and maintain cost control procedures and policiesAssist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling cost projectionsTrack inventory costs, material consumption, labor, and overhead allocationsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and recommend corrective actionsSupport month-end and year-end closing related to cost accountingReconcile cost accounts and ensure data accuracy in ERP/accounting systemsCollaborate with operations, procurement, and project teams on cost issuesAssist internal and external audits by providing cost-related documentation
