Job Description
Manage and oversee the company’s business with chain pharmacies within the assigned territory through effective team leadership.Lead, direct, and manage Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.Develop team capabilities through structured coaching, training, and performance management to maximize productivity and effectiveness.Conduct regular field visits to monitor execution standards, ensure adherence to sales strategies, and provide hands-on support.Design and implement regional sales plans aligned with the company’s overall commercial strategy.Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Ensure effective execution of trade activities, promotional campaigns, and distribution strategies across the region.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure seamless business operations.Track and analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement.Ensure alignment between sales targets and customer payment plans to safeguard cash flow and financial performance.Oversee accounts receivable, control overdue balances, and ensure timely cash collection in compliance with company policies.Prepare and present structured weekly and monthly reports, highlighting performance, key insights, risks, and action plans.
