Job Description
Post job vacancies on the Wazif platform and other approved channels.Screen CVs, contact candidates, and schedule interviews.Conduct reference checks and send job offers.Follow up on new employee onboarding proceduresCreate and maintain organized and confidential employee files (electronic and physical).Document all official papers (contracts, resignations, terminations, etc.).Continuously update employee data (promotions, transfers, salary changes, etc.).Track attendance, leaves, absences, and overtime entries.Prepare the monthly attendance summary and provide it to payroll on time.Assist in calculating end-of-service benefits when needed.Support the annual performance review process.Remind managers of appraisal deadlines.Collect and store performance evaluation forms in employee files.
