Job Description
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored technical solutions for access control, biometric, CCTV, and security systems.Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting the value and capabilities of AIC’s solutions.Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and technical queries, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.Design and propose integrated security solutions that align with client needs, budget, and site conditions.Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to gather requirements and evaluate feasibility for system installations.Support the sales process by providing technical expertise during client meetings, negotiations, and solution scoping.Work closely with engineering, product, and project management teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable and deliverable.Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, solution diagrams, and bill of materials.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies relevant to security, access control, and surveillance.Provide post-sales technical support during project handover and implementation phases as needed.
