Job Description

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment in accordance with company procedures.Organize and maintain inventory within the store or warehouse, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored.Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to avoid shortages or overstock situations.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs and/or inventory management software.Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with recorded inventory.Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and security regulations.Prepare and dispatch materials for outgoing shipments or internal transfers as required.Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.Generate periodic inventory and stock movement reports for management review.
