Job Description
Role Description Verify order details ( quantities, pricing, delivery schedules). Ensure all documentation (purchase orders, contracts, invoices) is complete. Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics for order fulfillment. Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Resolve discrepancies or issues related to orders (e.g., incorrect items, delays). Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage stock and shipments. Track shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery. Maintain accurate records of orders in ERP or order management systems. Generate reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer feedback. Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and regulations. Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch. Identify and resolve operational challenges affecting order processing.
