Job Description

What You’ll Do• Oversee daily resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance,and Security.• Ensure all departments deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience.• Supervise and train staff on guest handling, safety, and service standards.• Manage and monitor all resort security and safety systems (CCTV, patrols, accesscontrol, emergency procedures).• Respond quickly and effectively to guest issues, incidents, or complaints.• Liaise with local authorities when necessary (police, ambulance, civil defense).• Conduct safety drills and maintain a culture of awareness and professionalismacross all teams.• Report operational performance and improvement plans to management.
