Job Description

- Provide assistance to business users for ERP , Dynamics AX 2012 R3through IT tickets and various communication channels.-Analyze, categorize, and prioritize support tickets according to severity and impact.-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP , Dynamics AX 2012 R3, escalating to higher support levels when needed.-Work with different teams to solve complex problems and provide comprehensive support.-Record issues and resolutions in a knowledge base to aid future troubleshooting.-Assist in testing new features released within the system.-Develop an understanding of integration and interaction between ERP , and other corporate solutions ( Dynamics AX 2012 R3).-Help monitor corporate applications to ensure system up and running-Log incidents, requests, and complaints accurately to track and resolve in a timely manner.-Draft Change Request Documents to assist developers with required changes or updates.
