Your leadership on-site and precision in the technical office will be crucial for delivering projects that exceed expectations.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all mechanical engineering activities from design conceptualization through to successful project delivery on-site.Conduct comprehensive site engineering inspections, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Perform detailed technical office engineering tasks, including design reviews, drawing preparation, material submittals, and technical report generation.Develop, review, and approve mechanical system designs, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with local and international codes.Collaborate effectively with architects, civil engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive solutions.Champion quality assurance protocols, conducting regular checks and maintaining meticulous documentation.Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.Skills & Technologies:You will be an expert in Mechanical Engineering principles, with proven proficiency in Site Engineering and Technical Office Engineering. Your toolkit will include advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and ideally, experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM). A strong understanding of HVAC Design, Plumbing Systems, and Fire Protection Systems is essential.
