Job Description
Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance of automotive Heavy vehicles and equipment used in waste management operations.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and Diesel systems in company Heavy vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan.Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of necessary spare parts and tools.Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Assist in the design and modification of Heavy vehicles systems to improve efficiency and adapt to operational needs.Support the training of operators and drivers on proper Heavy vehicles use and basic troubleshooting.Ensure all work is performed in accordance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.Participate in root cause analysis for recurring mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions.Stay updated with advancements in automotive engineering and integrate best practices into daily operations.Manage group of technicians
