Job Description

The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to build, lead, and mentor a high-performing offshore tele-sales team focused on the USA & Canada market. You will be the architect of our regional sales strategy, responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching your team to exceed targets, and fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales management, deep expertise in managing offshore/remote telesales teams, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Development:Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of offshore Tele-Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives and Sales Team-Leaders.Provide continuous, hands-on coaching and mentorship to elevate team performance, develop skills, and consistently exceed sales targets.Establish and manage clear sales quotas, KPIs, and performance objectives for the team and each individual.Cultivate a collaborative, high-energy, and winning remote team culture.2. Sales Strategy & Execution:Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to successfully penetrate and expand our market share in the USA and Canada.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.Oversee the team's management of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure, excisting client retentions and renewals.3. Sales Operations & Analytics:Manage and optimize the sales pipeline and lead generation processes within our CRM.Develop accurate sales forecasts and create insightful performance reports for senior leadership.Leverage sales data and analytics to make informed strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.Ensure rigorous documentation and tracking of all sales activities in the CRM for data integrity.4. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:Personally engage with key accounts and high-value prospects to support your team in closing strategic deals.Act as a senior point of escalation for client issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.Collaborate closely with other stakeholder teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and align on go-to-market strategies.
