Your expertise will directly contribute to the productivity and efficiency of our entire team.Responsibilities:Provide expert Information Technology (IT) support, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.Manage and maintain our IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Offer comprehensive Hardware Support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.Perform routine Hardware Maintenance to prevent issues and extend the lifespan of our equipment.Administer and support Microsoft Office suite applications, assisting users with various software-related queries.Configure and troubleshoot Networking infrastructure, including LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN.Diagnose and resolve operating system and software problems, ensuring minimal downtime.Document all support activities and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with team members to enhance IT processes and implement best practices.Skills & Technologies: This role demands a solid foundation in IT fundamentals and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
