Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Manage patient enquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service. Schedule, amend, and cancel appointments while maintaining accurate patient records. Coordinate with doctors, clinics, laboratories, and insurance providers to ensure smooth patient care. Process referrals, medical reports, test results, invoices, and insurance claims. Support clinic operations through effective administration, financial coordination, and diary management. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and financial information. Ensure clear communication and effective handovers across the team. Working Conditions: Location: Heliopolis, El Merghany, Cairo. Hybrid position: 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home. Working hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including a 1-hour break. Working days: Monday to Friday. Weekend: Saturday and Sunday off.
