Job Description

Attend strategic and executive meetings and prepare accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOMs).Support the preparation and consolidation of executive presentations, including Business Reviews, Annual Operating Plans, and Strategic Plans.Manage follow-ups on action items, tasks, and requests to ensure timely execution.Handle all internal and external correspondence, including emails, calls, and official communications.Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange logistics for conferences, meetings, and business travel (flights, hotels, visas).Oversee the Travel & Entertainment (T&E) process in line with company policies.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on projects and assignments.⁠Act as a key point of contact between senior management and different departments.⁠Support executive and VIP visits.⁠Manage office operations and administrative tasks with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
