Job Description
Greet members and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.Provide information about membership options & Services.Assist members with class registrations, appointment scheduling, and billing inquiries.Maintain member records and ensure all information is up-to-date in the database.Collect membership fees, process payments, and issue receipts as needed.Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.Assist with the organization and coordination of fitness center events, promotions, and special programs.Monitor the front desk area and ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
