Job Summary:We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Advertising Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing advertising budgets and improving campaign performance to maximize ROI.Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.Conduct audience research and targeting.Develop campaign structures, ad sets, and creatives.Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions.Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies.Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages.Track KPIs including CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.Generate performance reports and provide recommendations.Stay updated on platform changes and advertising trends.
