Job Description
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team at Cubic Information Systems. The role focuses on supporting enterprise customers by shaping, positioning, and presenting business and technology solutions that address complex organizational needs. You will work closely with Sales, Architecture, and Delivery teams to translate customer requirements into clear solution narratives, presentations, and proposals, ensuring alignment between business value, technical feasibility, and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities Communication & Presentation Prepare and deliver professional customer-facing presentations and solution walkthroughs Develop high-quality PowerPoint decks for solution overviews, architecture concepts, and executive discussions Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented messaging Lead presales workshops, demos, and proposal presentations Communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical stakeholders Technical & Solution Responsibilities Understand and position enterprise software and digital transformation solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies Support solution design covering: Cloud, on-premises, and hybrid deployment models System integration approaches (APIs, middleware, service-based architectures) Security, access control, and enterprise architecture principles Contribute to technical proposals, RFP responses, and compliance matrices Collaborate with internal technical teams to validate solution feasibility and alignment Sales & Presales Support Support the end-to-end presales lifecycle from opportunity qualification to proposal submission Analyze customer requirements and align them with suitable solution approaches Assist in high-level effort estimation, pricing inputs, and commercial discussions Identify value-driven opportunities such as phased delivery, cross-sell, and up-sell options Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the presales engagement
