Job PurposeTo drive sales growth by generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation to project closing while ensuring high customer satisfaction and commercial accuracy.Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentDrive revenue growth through developing existing client accounts and acquiring new customers.Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets and territories.Conduct lead generation activities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market visits.Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support sustainable business growth.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process.Conduct regular client meetings, follow ups, and visits to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.Commercial CoordinationHandle the complete sales cycle including presentations, negotiations, quotations, and closing deals.Prepare and submit commercial offers, quotations, and proposals in coordination with relevant departments.Ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with company policies and profit objectives.Project Coordination & Site VisitsConduct site visits to understand customer requirements and assess project needs.Coordinate internally to support preparation of quotations and project requirements.Documentation & ReportingPrepare and submit all required sales documentation on time, including quotations, proposals, sales reports, and client visit reports.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts within the company system.Marketing & Market RepresentationRepresent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.Support marketing activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads.
