Job PurposeResponsible for driving specification sales growth through strategic customer engagement, key account management, and regular outdoor visits to consultants, architects, interior designers, and developers. The role contributes to revenue growth through disciplined sales execution and project follow-up.Manage and develop key accounts and high-value customersConduct regular outdoor visits to consultants, architects, interior designers, and developersBuild strong relationships and identify new project opportunitiesDrive conversion of pending opportunities into salesSupport closing high-value deals and contribute to showroom sales targetsMaintain accurate CRM/ERP records and activity reportsCoordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
