Job Summary The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from pre-launch strategy and business case development to product launch and post-launch performance monitoring. This role drives strategic product decisions based on market research, financial analysis, customer needs, and business objectives to ensure product success, company revenue growth, and sales performance. The Senior Product Manager plays a key role in driving revenue generation, supporting sales strategies, and ensuring the successful commercial performance of the product. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Business Planning Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives. Initiate market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify market opportunities. Develop business cases for new products, including revenue projections and cost analysis. Lead strategic decision making related to product positioning, pricing, and market entry strategies. Manage Product Realization and Launch Manage and coordinate product realization and launch activities across all stakeholders. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies and launch plans. Ensure product readiness, operational alignment, and successful market introduction. Monitor launch execution and resolve any issues impacting product adoption or performance. Revenue & Sales Enablement Own product revenue targets and contribute directly to business growth. Work closely with the Sales team to define sales strategies, forecasts, and sales quotas. Support sales enablement initiatives by providing product insights, market intelligence, and competitive positioning. Post-Launch Product Monitoring Monitor product performance after launch using KPIs, customer feedback, and market data. Analyze product success, revenue performance, customer adoption, and ROI. Recommend enhancements, optimization plans, or corrective actions based on product performance analysis. Continuously evaluate market trends and customer behavior to improve product competitiveness.
