You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates for a US company that builds sales teams for IT and SaaS businesses. You work directly with the two founders. No layers, no bureaucracy. This is not a traditional HR role. You will be evaluated on three things: your ability to find strong candidates on Wuzzuf and LinkedIn, how you use AI tools in your daily work, and how fast you can move a candidate from sourced to placed. Compensation: $960 to $1,280 USD per month, paid via Wise.
