Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Secretary to join our office team and perform the following duties:Prepare, format, and edit documents, letters, and reports using Microsoft Word.Create and maintain spreadsheets, data entry sheets, and basic formulas using Microsoft Excel.Follow up on daily office tasks and ensure they are completed on time.Organize and manage the schedule of appointments and meetings, and send timely reminders to management.Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.Maintain an organized filing system for both paper and electronic documents for easy retrieval.Coordinate workflow between different departments and ensure instructions are properly carried out.Prepare regular progress reports on tasks, appointments, and pending items for management.Handle general administrative and clerical duties to support the smooth running of the office.
