Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and direct visitors to the appropriate person and officeAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveriesFulfill purchase orders requested by internal stakeholders for office supplies at the best price if neededEnsure no shortages occur in the supplies needed for daily smooth functioning of the organization (e.g. paper) by maintaining an adequate stock at all times.Follow up with vendors and ensure they receive their payments in an accurate and fast mannerPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
