Job Description

Customer Service & Account HandlingServe as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment inquiries, bookings, and operational updates.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and service providers.Provide professional and timely responses to customer requests and shipment status updates.Handle customer complaints and operational issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.Coordinate closely with the sales team to support customer requirements and service delivery.Freight Operations & Booking CoordinationArrange and manage bookings with shipping lines, carriers, airlines, transport companies, and overseas agents.Coordinate shipment schedules, space availability, transit times, and delivery arrangements.Follow up on bookings, shipment departures, arrivals, and documentation requirements.Ensure smooth execution of import and export shipments.Maintain accurate operational records and shipment tracking updates.Pricing & Sales SupportRequest and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, carriers, and overseas agents.Prepare competitive quotations and pricing solutions for the sales team and customers.Analyze freight costs and market rates to support profitable pricing strategies.Support the sales department with operational guidance and logistics solutions.Maintain updated pricing sheets and supplier rate databases.
