The role focuses on balancing quality, cost, and delivery timelines while maintaining transparency and proper documentation across all procurement activities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and procure construction materials from reliable suppliersDraft, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and service providersEvaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery time, and compliance standardsEnsure all purchases align with project budgets and financial policiesMaintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier databasesCoordinate with project and site teams to ensure material availability on timeSupport cost control by sourcing competitive pricing and alternative suppliers when neededEnsure compliance with procurement policies and construction industry standards
