Job Description
Manage and coordinate the Vice President’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointmentsHandle confidential correspondence, reports, and executive documentationPrepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials using Microsoft Office or similar toolsOrganize executive meetings, board meetings, and follow up on action itemsCoordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reports for the VPAct as the main point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholdersMonitor deadlines, priorities, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasksMaintain accurate records, filing systems, and executive documentationEnsure smooth communication flow between leadership and different departments
