Job Description

Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records accuratelyEnsure all employee documents are complete and compliant with company policies and labor law requirementsEnter and update employee data regularlyOrganize and maintain HR filing and archiving systemFollow up on missing or incomplete employee documents and coordinate with relevant departmentsCommunicate with employees regarding required HR documentation and updatesEnsure smooth documentation flow between HR and other departmentsSupport HR compliance and internal proceduresEnsure compliance with Social Insurance Law and handle the implementation of all related procedures
