Digital & Social WritingCreate compelling copy for websites, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media platforms.Adapt content tone, style, and format to suit different digital channels and target audiences.Write engaging captions, posts, and short-form content that drives interaction and brand awareness.Collaborate with the design team to align written content with visual assets and campaign messaging. Podcast Script WritingWrite clear, conversational, and engaging scripts for corporate podcasts, audio series, and video voiceovers.Conduct background research to develop well-structured episode outlines and interview question guides.Collaborate with podcast hosts, production teams, and subject matter experts to refine scripts and ensure accuracy.Adapt complex or technical topics into accessible, audience-friendly podcast narratives. Content Strategy & PlanningContribute to the development and execution of the overall content strategy and editorial calendar.Identify trending topics, audience interests, and content gaps to inform content ideation.Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content formats and platforms.Support the planning of content campaigns tied to product launches, events, and seasonal moments. Editing & Quality ControlReview and edit content produced by internal teams, freelancers, or agency partners to ensure quality and consistency.Apply editorial standards for grammar, style, accuracy, and brand alignment across all deliverables.Manage content revisions and approvals in a timely and organized manner. Performance & ReportingTrack content performance metrics including reach, engagement, readership, and podcast downloads.Use insights and analytics to continuously improve content quality, relevance, and impact.Present regular content performance updates to the marketing team with recommendations for optimization.
