Job Description
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews for a variety of roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist with developing job descriptions. Oversee background checks, offer letters, and ensure a smooth hiring process.Strategic HR Planning: Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support them. Collaborate on workforce planning, including succession planning, skills gap analysis, and talent pipeline development. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and processes.Provide support during organizational changes, helping communicate changes to employees and assisting with implementation processes.HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyze and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement scores, and recruitment metrics). Use data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leaders on people-related challenges and opportunities.Benefits & Compensation Administration: Educate employees on benefits options and assist with enrollment and changes. Track market trends in compensation and benefits to make recommendations for competitive packages.Performance Management & Development Support the performance review process, assisting managers with evaluation tools and feedback methods. Coordinate learning and development programs, including career planning and skills development. Identify training needs and work with internal teams or external vendors to organize training sessions.
