Job Description
Financial Strategy & Leadership:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board on financial performance and growth opportunities.Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Real Estate & Construction Finance:Oversee project costing, budgeting, and financial tracking for construction projects.Manage cash flow planning for long-term real estate developments.Conduct feasibility studies and investment analysis for new projects.Monitor project profitability and cost control across multiple developments.Accounting & Reporting:Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).Maintain compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and financial standards.Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll functions.Prepare and present financial statements to senior management and stakeholders.Cash Flow & Treasury Management:Manage company cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.Secure financing, loans, and credit facilities for projects.Optimize capital structure and manage investor relations.Risk Management & Compliance:Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure internal controls, audits, and governance frameworks are in place.Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.Team Leadership:Build and lead a high-performing finance team.Establish KPIs and performance management systems.Collaborate with departments such as sales, procurement, and project management.
