Job Description
- Oversee HR operations and ensure high-quality execution across all HR functions while maintaining strong employee relations.- Monitor compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization within the HR department.- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and provide accurate guidance to employees.- Conduct job analysis to develop job descriptions and define required KSAs.- Manage attendance, leave, and penalty systems.- Prepare monthly reports on attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.- Handle labor law matters, payroll coordination, and medical insurance processes (enrollment, updates, renewals).- Oversee recruitment cycles, probation tracking, and onboarding/orientation programs.- Coordinate training plans, deliver HR induction sessions, and support employee engagement initiatives.- Conduct exit interviews and handle administrative follow-ups.- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
