Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized Tendering & Proposal Specialist to support the preparation and submission of high-quality tenders. You will play a key role in coordinating between departments, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate and competitive proposals.Key Responsibilities1. Tender Preparation & DocumentationReview tender announcements and analyze tender documents.Prepare, compile, and organize all required tender documentation.Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal) to collect necessary inputs, CVs, technical data, and certifications.Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and formats.2. Coordination & Follow-UpAct as the main focal point between departments for tender-related inputs.Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of all deliverables.Arrange logistics for site visits, pre-bid meetings, and tender submissions.3. Pricing & Cost SupportAssist in preparing pricing and cost estimates for ongoing tenders.Support the preparation of cost breakdown structures.Maintain updated supplier rates and market benchmarking data.4. Quality & ComplianceEnsure all technical, financial, and legal documents meet tender requirements.Maintain templates, standard documents, and company records.Ensure proper version control and accuracy of all tender files.5. Research & AnalysisConduct basic market research to support pricing competitiveness.Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends.6. Post-Submission SupportAssist in preparing clarifications and revisions requested by clients.Support the preparation of handover documentation for awarded projects.
