Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently.Ensure guest satisfaction by following up on concerns and resolving issues promptly.Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, security, and other departments to meet guest needs.Maintain accurate guest records and update relevant systems when required.Provide information about hotel/company services, facilities, promotions, and local attractions.Support VIP guests, special requests, and guest loyalty programs.Monitor guest experience standards and report recurring issues to management.Maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
