We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized SAP Operations Coordinator to support all administrative transactions between the warehouse and production departments, and to manage the release of finished goods to customers through the SAP system. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth internal operations and accurate system-based tracking of material movements.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily SAP entries for all production related topics including work orders, material requests and time receipts.Monitor and update production consumption and finished goods within SAP.Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure data accuracy and workflow alignment.Reconcile actual production with SAP system records; investigate and resolve any variances.Generate SAP reports to support operations, planning, and management decisions.Ensure compliance with voestalpine’s internal quality and control procedures.
