The role combines full-cycle recruitment with HRBP tasks like onboarding, employee support, HR administration, and people-process coordination. The HR / TA balance may vary: some periods will require intensive hiring for several roles, while others will focus on targeted replacements. Ongoing HR support will remain a core part of the role.ResponsibilitiesManaging full-cycle recruitment when needed: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, job postings, HR interviews, pipeline management, feedback, calibration, and offersHiring for agent-level, sales, customer support, team lead, and manager-level roles in a fast-paced environmentPartnering with Call Center leadership, managers, team leads, agents, and the Talent teamUnderstanding the business context, product, sales processes, team structure, and day-to-day operationsSupporting onboarding, probation period adaptation, employee lifecycle processes, and off-boardingHandling HR admin support: days off, vacations, sick leave, documentation, attendance, employee data, and internal proceduresSupporting payroll-related coordination and maintain accurate HR records and workflowsConducting 1:1s with key employees, gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and working on practical solutions together with the Talent teamSupporting improvements in HR policies, guidelines, administrative workflows, and operational processesMonitoring team atmosphere, identify risks or conflicts, and help resolve them constructivelyContributing to a healthy, respectful, friendly, and productive working environment
