This is an exciting opportunity to apply your comprehensive HR knowledge within a vibrant and growing organization.Responsibilities:Spearhead Recruitment Efforts: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to conducting interviews and facilitating seamless onboarding for new hires.Ensure Compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure all HR practices are compliant and ethical.HRIS Management: Utilize HRIS systems effectively for data management, reporting, and process optimization.Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.Performance & Development: Assist in the implementation of performance management systems and support employee development initiatives.Administrative Excellence: Handle various HR administrative tasks, including personnel record-keeping and payroll support, with precision and discretion.Real Estate Specific HR: Apply HR best practices within the unique context of the real estate industry, addressing specific needs and challenges. Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Communication, HRIS, and Microsoft Office daily.
