Job Description

As our Payroll Specialist I, you will be the cornerstone of our payroll operations for our Egyptian team. You’ll ensure every employee is paid accurately and on time, contributing directly to their satisfaction and trust. This is your entry point into a specialized finance career with clear progression, working with supportive mentors in a professional setting. ● Process payroll for US-based clients accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.● Assist with the preparation and maintenance of payroll records, including timesheets, wage calculations, and deductions.● Support the tax and accounting teams by providing payroll data and assisting with payroll-related tax filings.● Respond to client inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions, delivering exceptional customer service.● Assist with onboarding new employees into payroll systems and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.● Generate payroll reports and summaries for management and accounting purposes.
