Job Description

 Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions. Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Support the sales process by preparing technical proposals, documentation, and responses to RFPs. Act as a technical advisor to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving technical challenges throughout the sales cycle. Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development. Conduct site visits and technical assessments to evaluate client environments and recommend optimal solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to the company’s products. Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions for internal teams and clients. Participate in post-sales support activities to ensure successful implementation and customer onboarding.
