Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end delivery, installation, and quality control of office furniture projects. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, supervising delivery teams and installation technicians, ensuring product quality, managing customer handovers, and maintaining smooth operational workflows from warehouse to final client delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the receipt of furniture and materials from suppliers.Inspect products upon receipt to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.Plan and supervise deliveries to client sites.Manage and oversee drivers, installers, and loading crews.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.Monitor installation activities and ensure compliance with company standards.Conduct site inspections before, during, and after installations.Handle client communications during delivery and project handover.Resolve operational issues, delivery delays, and customer concerns promptly.Maintain delivery, installation, and quality control records.Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and project teams.Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during transportation and installation.Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.Required QualificationsWe are seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end delivery, installation, and quality control of office furniture projects.
